Hm, I had to ponder this for a moment. There are a couple that are extremely effective, but all of them make me feel my submission. One, is when Sir puts His hand on the back of my neck and squeezes I will instantly kneel. We've learned that it doesn't matter where He does this, we can be in the middle of the grocery store and I will still instantly kneel. It reacts like a reflex for me.
The other that I would pick that would most make me feel submissive is the Gorean slave position Nadu. In this position the sub/slave kneels with her/his thighs spread wide, resting her/his bottom on ankles, her/his back is arched, chest forward, her/his head held high and her/his eyes lowered, she/he lays her/his hands palms up on thighs
